Day of Coordination
So you have a solid handle on the planning, but want to relax on the day of we are here to help! It is one of the most amazing and undoubtedly one of the more exhausting times of your life. Let us take the pressure off your hands so you can fully enjoy YOUR day.

Unlimited correspondence with your Amick Events coordinator.

Site inspection to discuss your vision and the overall theme and feel.

Act as the Bride and Grooms advocate

Organizing the processional and recessional

Finalize details and go through all contracts and concerns

Provide a detailed event timeline for contracted vendors and wedding party.

Provide information on traditions and protocol and advice on etiquette

Create a contact list.

Confirm all vendors a week prior to your event.

Act as a liaison between the wedding party and the vendors to ensure great communication

Distribute all final payments and gratuities to all vendors.

Provide a Wedding Emergency Kit equipped with everything, sewing kits, bug spray, mints, lint rollers, crazy glue, you name it…we have it!
Rehearsal:

Direct the Rehearsal (one hour)

Distribute timeline to wedding party

Provide CD with selected music to practice

Consult with facility owner, officiate and other vendors
Ceremony:

Place reserved signs on the seats
